You do have options outside of the government health sites. The health law requires you to have a compliant plan, or pay the shared responsibility payment and purchase a plan of your choosing. Your Obamacare plan is packed with mandatory coverage that increase your premium and deductible so you are basically paying the shared responsibility payment either way.
